It has been confirmed that almost all of the PlayStation Network services will be restored today, May 14th. This includes everything from your PSN friends list, to multi-player functionality, even PlayStation Home. In the meanwhile, the PS store as well as Qriocity services will be down furthermore until noted otherwise.
The restoration of PSN will be done by regions so, you will probably have to wait awhile before its up and running in your area. As soon as its up its mandatory that you change your PSN account password to prevent any other altercations from happening in the future.
