Battlefield Hardline announces the addition of high speed cop chases in both multiplayer and eSport mode at Gamescom today.

Players are going to be able to hop into a multiplayer match and take part in a high speed chase when the game launches next year. This multiplayer game mode in Battlefield Hardline is named “Hotwire”, and Visceral Games shares that not only will there be cop chases in Hotwire but the ability to shoot out of the windows of a moving vehicle!

They also announced today that Battlefield Hardline will also have a 5v5 mode for eSports enthusiasts called “Rescue”. This game mode allows players one life per round and their objective is to save the hostage.
