Bastion 'Stranger's Dream' DLC Heading Out on December 14th

Fresh off the back of some well deserved VGA award victories the fantastic indie game Bastion is expanding with the new ‘Stranger’s Dream’ DLC this Wednesday.

The DLC is a “Show of thanks” to the games fans and will add a brand new and fully narrated Who Knows Where Sequence that will delve into the back-story of the mysterious Rucks. Further to this it will also bring a Score Attack mode for you to test your combat skills, and No-Sweat Mode which reduces all punishment for death that will let you experience the games story without worrying.

The icing on this already sweet deal comes with the price-tag. Xbox users can pick it up for a mere 80MSP whilst it comes as a free update for owners of the PC version. Developers SuperGiantGames had intended the DLC to be free on XBLA but sadly this clashes with Microsoft policies.

The DLC will be available from the 14th December, as a reminder Bastion also saw a release on Google Chrome’s web store last week, giving you the full game for free inside your browser!
