PAX 2011: "The Uncharted 3 Experience"

Being my first year at any sort of video game convention, I was pretty excited about everything; but when it came to it, I was ultimately counting down the hours until I could get my hands on some new Uncharted footage, or sit in a tricked-out set up that made me feel like I was actually in the desert with Drake.  Either way, like every gaming event, Naughty Dog brought their A-game and failed to disappoint.

Approaching what looked like 1/4 of an airplane, I didn’t even know what to expect.  After standing in line for about 10 minutes, some of the other game fanatics and I were let in and greeted by none other than Arne Meyer from Naughty Dog.  Following a quick introduction, we were shown some exclusive, action-packed, single-player footage that was “fanatically awesome.”

Upon exit we were given exclusive Uncharted PAX t-shirts and a DLC code.  Welcomed by several multiplayer stations set up on Uncharted 3 crates for rustic effect, we quickly spread out and played Uncharted 3 [multiplayer] for a little while.

I can’t give you any details on exactly what we saw behind closed doors, but I can tell you that Uncharted 3 is going to knock your socks off and it’s going to be bigger-and-better than Uncharted 2… which you probably thought was impossible, right?  Since November 1rst is creeping up on us, be sure you’re following all major Uncharted sites to keep up with any news and information!  Below you will find a list of sites to stay in the loop with:
