Dragon*Con 2012 | Flavor Monsters Stops Smoking with Touchscreen Fun

Flavor Monster, a new game released by Truth in an effort to discourage smoking in players of all ages, comes to us on the Android system and iOS.

The games offers an overhead view, with characters tapping the screen as new monsters appear, walking towards a home base. The monsters represent the candy flavors tobacco companies use, which studies indicate cause people to begin smoking at a young age. Weapons are upgradeable, and the levels offer a progressively greater challenge each time, with more monsters with more health.

A subsequent release in late September will add more weapons and customization, adding in greater depth to what is already a nifty game. Its ease of access allows for players to pick it up whenever, whether between classes, before bed, or truly any time, and its fun factor means however long that session lasts, it will be fun.
