If you haven’t had a chance to try out Telltale‘s The Walking Dead video game series, here is your chance! Once again Telltale Games is releasing the first episode of The Walking Dead series, A New Day, for free worldwide for the PSN and XBLA. They’ve done this sort of thing before and those who played the first episode for free could not stop playing and thus bought the rest of the episodes. If you are still on the fence about The Walking Dead, do yourself a favor and download episode one, A New Day and give it a shot. You have nothing to lose since the first episode is free anyway.
Telltale does have some exciting projects underway. Development of season two of The Walking Dead is clearly underway and we are eagerly awaiting the release date for that. The Walking Dead season two will be available for MAC, PC, PS3, Vita, and the XB360. No word yet if season two will be available for next gen consoles. The same can be said for Telltale‘s newest series, A Wolf Among Us. We know both games are coming, we just don’t know when, however an announcement could be forthcoming.
For those waiting for the TV series to start up again on AMC, the wais is almost over! The Walking Dead returns on Sunday, October 13th.
