Used Games Could be Useless on the Next Xbox

Rumor has it that the next-gen Xbox will render used games useless. Plus, rumors about the specs are very accurate.

Though  the the next-gen Xbox will require an internet connection at all time in order to function, rumor has it that  there will still be physical games which may have a one-time use activation code that will render used games useless. So far, it seems unclear why Microsoft might choose to implement software of this nature, or how that might affect places such as GameStop or the rights of the consumer to play what they want.

The details of the new Xbox  that can be confirmed are its specs, which are:  AMD eight-core x64 1.6GHz CPU, D3D11.x 800MHz graphics solution and 8GB of DDR3 RAM. Though the hard drive capacity is unclear right now, it could be suggested that it will be the largest put into a console to date.

Additionally, Microsoft is continuing to heavily invest in motion-control interfaces and so a new, more reliably responsive Kinect will more thank likely be alongside the next-gen Xbox.
