It’s probably not a good idea to copy a picture of an eye, because chances are the creators put a chip in the retina and can watch you.
Creepy right but not so off with Sony coming under fire for what it seems to be copying the Saw 3D posters for what Sony calls “This is Living” campaign.
There could be an argument that the Saw 3D posters’ designs weren’t totally yanked from their PS3-promoting predecessors.
But then again?

So what do you think? Is this a blatant copy? Or just the closest coincidental ad creation by today’s industry standpoints?
