Developer Psyonix has teased us all with a tweet on their latest project: Rocket League Hoops.
With the NCAA tournament looming, they declared: “March Madness is just around the corner. Great time to tease the mode we’re working on next #RocketLeagueHoops”
Putting a crossover spin on the frenetic formula of Rocket League and bringing it to the court seems like a fool proof strategy. It almost feels an inevitable mix. The tweet hints at a March release as well, so the wait hopefully won’t be long. Right now the only information comes by way of the picture Psyonix included in their Twitter message, showing off the floors, paint designs, and intriguing hoop setup, with full backboard.
Here’s hoping for a full-on dunking mechanic, VROOM SHAKALAKA!
