Resident Evil 7’s Next DLC Arrives in December

Not a Hero

Capcom has announced that two new pieces of downloadable content for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will be available fairly soon. The DLC, called Not a Hero and End of Zoe respectively, are coming on December 12. Moreover, a Gold Edition is scheduled for release on that very same day, featuring all the game’s downloadable content to date.

Whether you are a veteran of the last game or just new to the series, this is good news. Ever since its release in February this year, Resident Evil 7 has performed really well in sales and among critics. Its support of VR has certainly helped to establish a new benchmark for this type of experience and remains still quite unrivaled. While VR has not yet been confirmed for the new expansions, it’s fairly natural it will be there by release.

Resident Evil 7‘s New Storylines

The new DLCs will build on the original game’s narratives, introducing new enemies and horrific events. Not a Hero is a free expansion starting Chris Redfield, the iconic protagonist of the series. End of Zoe, on the other hand, revolves around a support character from the original campaign. It will be included as part of Resident Evil 7‘s Season Pass. Alternatively, you can also purchase it for $14.99.
