Playstation VR2 Announced along with a New Horizon Game | CES 2022

If you are a VR enthusiast, Sony just announced their new Playstation VR2 for the PS5. There are a ton of new features here to be excited about

  • 4K OLED Display with HDR
  • Eye Tracking
  • 90/120Hz Framerates
  • Eye Tracking
  • Controller Tracking without an external camera

If you want more in-depth information, check out the article on the Playstation blog HERE. There are also some cool features in the new PS VR2 Sense controllers. It looks like there may be similar haptic feedback like that found in the Playstation 5 controller.

You can’t announce new hardware without new software to show off the new tech. Guerilla and Firesprite Games are creating a brand new game based in the world of Horizon. Horizon Call of the Mountain is an experience crafted specifically for the Playstation VR2. More information will be released at a later date but for now, you can check out a sneak peek below.
