Official Release of Destiny: The Taken King Launch Gameplay Trailer

Destiny: The Taken King Gameplay Launch Trailer

Yes, the time is finally upon us, Destiny: The Taken King Launch Gameplay trailer is here. Frankly, there isn’t much gameplay in the trailer but it does look badass.

As many of you know, Destiny: The Taken King is the newest expansion for the Bungie FPS MMO and will be coming out the 15th of September. The newest DLC will cost around 40 dollars and will include a great deal of content including new maps and questlines in addition to three new subclasses. It is definitely reminiscent of the old expansion packs that Blizzard used to release for their games due to the hefty price and insane amount of content.

One of the beautiful images from the trailer.

In the Destiny: The Taken King Launch Gameplay trailer we see a bit of the story unfold, a terrible God gets unleashed and wrecks havoc around the planet, in addition to some nice cinematics to the beautiful tunes of Led Zeppelin’s Black Dog.

While the gameplay leaves much to be desired (just a few action sequences) and won’t get anyone to buy the new DLC pack, it definitely does help hype those who already bought it because it certainly looks beautiful. On top of that, it looks damn cool.
