Newest Dead Island Trailer Includes In-Game Footage

It seems that the Dead Island team wants to keep pulling at our heart strings.

The same slow, emotionally-driven piano soundtrack in the wildy popular announcement trailer accompanies this trailer as well. Photographs and families and smiling couples flash in between images of in-game destruction and zombies.  Messages flash across the screen such as “They came here to celebrate life” and “They will forever be trapped here in death”. Check out the trailer:

There have been plenty of zombie games, but could Dead Island be the first with a deep, emotionally touching overarching theme? Thus far the trailers certainly give off that vibe.
