Its like Rock ’em Sock ’em robots
Real Steel has 2000 pound fighting robots, a developing story of a second chance at greatness…Oh and Hugh Jackman.
From what I can understand from the Trailer: The story basically follows retired (ex number #2 in the World) Boxer ‘Charlie Kenton‘(Hugh Jackman). Who since Human boxing has become obsolete, fights in Robot Boxing. However with a succession of defeats, and a Scrap pile that used to be his Robot. Its safe to say hes a little down on his luck.
But as they say ‘Some men are born great, and others have Greatness Forced upon them‘
After being denied a further loan to rebuild, Charlie is forced to scavenge for parts. With the help of his Step son ‘Max‘, and confidence of his Girlfriend(Evangeline Lilly) he gives it his best shot. But from this point, his step son takes over the Story.
This film follows the feel good familiar ride, we all know and love. Where one man finds his worth, as he passes on his experience for the benefits of his successor. Only with Real steel, you get to see exhilarating Robot fights, and who doesn’t love Those.
