The Motorola DROID XYBOARD has been leaked multiple times, and earlier reports have suggested that it would hit the carrier sometime this month. We now have official confirmation thanks to a joint press release that was sent out by Verizon and Motorola. The leaks seemed to have been spot on as we don’t really learn anything new. The DROID XYBOARD will will be running on Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network. It will also be powered by dual-core 1.2GHz processors, 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, Gorilla Glass-protected displays, and Android 3.2 Honeycomb which will be upgradeable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The DROID XYBOARD will come in two versions a 10.1″ and a 8.2″ lets talk about how much each will cost. The DROID XYBOARD 10.1″ will be available in three models: 16 GB for $529.99, 32 GB for $629.99 and 64 GB for $729.99.
