Middle-earth: Shadow of War Announced For Mobile Devices

Warner Bros. has unveiled a mobile version for their upcoming sequel to Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Aptly titled Middle-earth: Shadow of War mobile, this portable version is a free-to-play real-time RPG which continues Talion’s journey through Mordor as he fights hordes of Orcs.

Each character can be upgraded in order to add new set of skills and powered-up attacks in order to increase their chances of survival in battle. The portable version also brings the award-winning Nemesis System to mobile devices for the first time giving players the chance to create countless unique game experiences in the process.

This mobile edition will feature a handful of characters from Shadow of Mordor and the Lord of the Rings trilogy such as Celebrimbor, Eltariel, Gimli, Boromir; just to name a few.

The IUGO Mobile Entertainment developed mobile game will be available later this Fall for both Android and iOS devices. To make sure you get a spot on Day 1, players can pre-register today on the official website.

Apple devices players who pre-register will receive an exclusive character bundle featuring Ratbag and an Orc starter army. On the other hand, Android players will receive a version of Shelob in her fair form character, who will be playable for the first time on any platform. Both devices’ exclusive content will be available at launch.
