Microsoft’s Gamescom conference brought things such as Sunset Overdrive, a surprising Tomb Raider announcement and even Quantum Break. But what would a Microsoft conference be without Halo?
During Halo‘s spotlight in Microsoft‘s Gamescom conference, 343 Industries unveiled Sanctuary to be the next remastered map among six in Halo 2: Anniversary. Sanctuary, another fan favorite, was shown off by 343, displaying its stunning visuals and faithfulness to the original.
Like in the Ascension gameplay at RTX, Sanctuary has interactive elements as well. Each team has the ability to cause a waterfall to cascade over their base, making them free from sight from their enemies.
