Demon’s Souls is a Launch Game And We’re So Here For It

Initially unveiled at the Future of Gaming PS5 Reveal event back in June, the PS3 classic Demon’s Souls is ready to go for launch. The new gameplay trailer released today at Sony’s PS5 September showcase, gave us a much better look at how Bluepoint Games and Sony Japan are bringing the world of Boletaria back to life. The gameplay snippet basically covers the beginning area of Demon’s Souls as the player is exploring a decrepit locale teeming with deadly soldiers and archers. The clip also gives us a short glimpse at the Nexus which served as the main hub in the 2009 version of Demon’s Souls.

The Maiden in Black was also present and you can see most of the archstones in the background which is how the player jumps in and out of different levels in the game. The trailer also does a great job of showing off some of the different locations in the game all gorgeously running on PS5 as well as some major bosses such as the Tower Knight and the Vanguard. Everything looked quite pristine so it comes to no surprise that Demon’s Souls will be gracing our new PS5 consoles this Holiday season. Spotted any easter eggs in the trailer? If so, leave your comments down below and remember, praise Umbasa.
