Are you all ready to die? I sure am. As the most exciting (as judged so by me, and I’m an expert) game on the horizon, Dark Souls 2 is going to be showing some gameplay footage tomorrow. Thanks to IGN, we’ll be seeing 12 minutes of what I’m sure is going to be an unbearably awesome game.
All of you should be excited. Where as Dark Souls could be considered to be a spiritual successor to Demon’s Souls (also released on the ps3), Dark Souls 2 promises something we haven’t seen before, a direct sequel. Taking all of us back to the wonderfully atmospheric world of Lordran (and perhaps beyond?).

Whether you’re looking to cast sells, wield gigantic weapons, or stab undead in the back, Dark Souls got it done. That game definitely deserved a sequel, and this is going to be it.
