How can last week’s collection of movie trailers ever be topped? That’s simple: add some insane car action, aggressive apes, and Spider-Man and you got yourself a recipe for success! Check out why in this week’s latest trailers for your Weekly Movie Trailer Recap.

Welcome back to another week of new trailers for your Weekly Movie Trailer Recap! This week there is a trailer for everyone. From superheroes to fast cars to babes at the beach, your weekly dose is ready. So let’s jump right in with 5 new movie trailers!

Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer

Spider-man comes home in the very first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming. After being with Sony for over 10 years, Spider-Man has finally been allowed to be in his own standalone movie done by Marvel Studios. We caught our first glimpse of Spidey in Captain America: Civil War this year but come July 7th, 2017, we get all the web-slinging action on the big screen.

The Fate of the Furious Trailer

Next up, is the trailer that broke records. Within 24 hours of its debut, The Fate of the Furious surpassed over 139 million views. This made it the largest trailer debut in history. If that isn’t ridiculous enough, check out the trailer for the 8th Fast and the Furious film for a new definition of the word. In 8 movies, we’ve gone from a simple street race to running away from submarines in the arctic. To catch all the insanity, check out The Fate of the Furious on April 17th, 2017.

War for the Planet of the Apes Trailer

We’ve seen the Rise,we witnessed the Dawn, but now it’s time to experience the War for the Planet of the Apes. Releasing on July 14th, 2017, War for the Planet of the Apes is the third installment of the reboot based on the classic films and television series. While unclear if a fourth film will be made, War is shaping up to be one explosive blockbuster that I cannot wait to see.

Baywatch Trailer

Did I hear you wanted another reboot of a classic television series? Say no more, I got just the thing. Watch the first trailer for Baywatch and let me know if that is what you had in mind. This trailer is not what I expected, but to be fair I didn’t know what to expect. Baywatch will be opening up the summer movie season on May 26th, 2017.

Assassin’s Creed Trailer

Last up is a trailer for a film that comes in a couple short weeks. If you guessed Sing, you were wrong! It’s Assassin’s Creed, and it is almost here. Now while I was iffy on the first couple of trailers, this final trailer sold me. With Ubisoft finally taking a break to rethink the video game series, it doesn’t mean the franchise is dead. To get your assassin fix, watch the final trailer below and see Assassin’s Creed in theaters on December 21st.

Phew! That was a lot to handle. Hopefully you made it through all those trailers and maybe even re-watched the Spider-Man trailer 4 times like me. I’m excited, what more can I say? That will do it this week for Weekly Movie Trailer Recap. I hope to see you again next week for a new batch of trailers!
