Capcom has announced their New York Comic-Con line-up of events for attendees to enjoy. In addition to being able to play demos of their 2001/2012 upcoming releases, they have several panels and of course free swag and tournaments.
Events include a Street Fighter X Tekken panel to show off new details about the game, call some people up to play it, and fans are being encouraged to come as their favorite characters for what they call “Street Fighter Day.” However, there is still no word on Hadouken: The Adventure Continues 3d, a game I’ve been looking forward to ever since I made it up five minutes ago.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Resident Evil series and Capcom will be showing off Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City and Resident Evil Revelations and discussing the recent HD re-releases of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Code: Veronica X at another panel.
Other panels cover soon to be released titles such as Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Dead Rising 2 Off the Record, Dragon’s Dogma and Asura’s Wrath.
The most interesting event pits the producers of Street Fighter and Tekken against each other in series of football challenges. They will be picking fans to join in and there will also be cheerleaders there. You know what to do.
