Black Ops II Apocalypse DLC Now Available for PS3 and PC

The fourth and final installment to the Black Ops II DLC, Apocalypse, is now available for PS3 and PC. Like always, the DLC will include four new diverse multiplayer maps as well as a playable map for zombies mode.

The Black Ops II Apocalypse DLC multiplayer maps included are as follows:

Pod: Revolves around a failed Utopian community from the 70’s located on the abandoned cliff side of Taiwan. Players must navigate jumping from abandoned pods, as well as navigate through their interiors to gain an edge on the enemy.

Frost: A snow-capped European city littered with snow and gunpowder. A bridge over a frozen canal divides the level into two sides, requiring the players to traverse over multiple levels to outsmart and outgun their enemies.

Takeoff: Fans of the mixture of close-quarter combat combined with the wide open spaces of Stadium from the original Black Ops will find themselves at home in Takeoff. Takeoff is a remote launch site located in the Pacific Ocean.

Dig: An adapted map from World at War map Courtyard where two archeological dig sites located in Afghanistan with two major choke-points and a wide open layout as well as raised platforms cause hectic and unceasing confrontations.

Origins: Origins brings the Zombie experience that all started in World at War full circle. Origins brings the four original characters from World at War together once again in a World War 1-era countryside located in France. Tank, Richtofen, Nikolai, and Takeo will battle hordes of undead in trenches and fields that Treyarch says is the most horrifying and imaginative Zombies experience to date.

The  fourth and final Black Ops II DLC pack, Apocalypse, is available to download for $14.99 or as a free download for Season Pass holders.
