After over 3 million downloads on iOS , Atari have finally launched their ‘Greatest Hits’ app onto the Android Market. The app can be downloaded for free with a courtesy copy of Missile Command thrown in, while additional game packs can be purchased for $0.99. Alternatively, you can snap up the entire library of 100 titles for $9.99. The app mimics classic Atari controls and offers up games like Asteroids, Centipede, Tempest and Crystal Castles. Atari are also promising the addition of multiplayer functionality, making this a ‘socially retro’ experience.
