There’s one word that comes to mind when looking at Asura’s wrath, and that is scale. All of the fights in the game are on a massive scale, even some of the minor sub-bosses/enemies are huge, like half the side of a mountain huge. There was literally so much stuff coming out at once that it took me some time to finally compile it all into one. The first video below is a eighteen minute long game session of Asuras Wrath, In the video you get some insight as to why Asuras so pissed and you even get a glimpse at the games fighting mechanics when going against large scale enemies. Below that is an interview with one of the developers on Asuras’s Wrath courtesy of Machinima, that video goes over Asura’s story and where the entire game idea came from along with small snippets of footage the public didn’t get to see at E3.
