Assassin's Creed 3 Trailer!

The trailer for Assassin’s Creed 3 has been revealed, and it looks good. Really good. It shows our new protagonist Connor (or Ratohnhaké:ton) running through New England in winter, 1776, killing Redcoats with an awesome tomahawk and some brutal counters. There is little other information, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ben Franklin, John Adams and the rest of the American Revolution heroes be revealed as assassins, and the British as Templars. The trailer looks very exciting, one thing that looks interesting (and makes sense given the setting) is there appears to be a more rural and forest setting than previous games’ urban setting. Only time will tell where exactly the game will take place.

It’s worth noting that Tim Buckley of Ctrl-Alt-Del predicted this about two years ago. A big fan of the series, this looks really epic, and Assassin’s Creed 3 is now on my list of most wanted games for 2012, along with Borderlands 2, Mass Effect 3 and Bioshock Infinite. Look for Assassin’s Creed 3 on October 30th on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. Think we’ll see a bunch of assassins on Halloween? Stay tuned for more information on this exciting game.
