'Revival' Comic Series Selling Out, Reprints Revive It Back To Shelves

Image Comic’s suprise smash comic series, Revivial, sells out and receives even more reprints.

No one expected Revival to be as popular as it has been. With its latest issue, Issue 3, selling out at comic stores across the nation Image has decided to reprint the first two issues again. There will be another printing of Issue 3 and the 1st issue will recieve its 4th reprinting and the 2nd issue will receive its third printing. All will be available on October 24th when the fourth issue launches.

A “rural noir” by Tim Seeley and Mike Norton, with covers by Jenny Frison, Revival explores the ramifications of the dead returning to life in a small Wisconsin town. Seemingly unchanged, the “revivers” return to their lives, but in time it becomes clear that something is missing from who they used to be. Police officer Dana Cypress is assigned to investigate the revival phenomenon, only to discover that it affects her more closely than she thought.

Revival has been receiving generally favorable reviews from many top sites such as Comic Bastards, Geeks Unleashed and IGN.

Now is the perfect time to jump on the Revival bandwagon as all the issues will be available this October. Be sure to check it out and see what the rave is about!
