I have to admit when I first heard of the ‘Taken’ franchise I had no idea what it was about, or even how anyone consider it interesting. But after watching the first film and witnessing the trailer below I am absolutely sold on this series.
‘Taken 2’ looks to up the ante with Liam Neeson being the one who’s taken this time while his daughter is the one launching the rescue attempt I believe. No information was given on whose going to be rescuing who this time round, which should make for an interesting plot..
The line, “your mother is going to be taken,” from the American trailer is revealed in full in the international cut to be “your mother and I are going to be taken.” I just hope we don’t spend a great deal of the movie with Maggie Grace.
