CES 2012: ShadowGun: DeadZone Brings Console-Like Multiplayer to Mobile Platforms

by Charles PowersJanuary 9, 2012

ShadowGun, a game that made it on my personal must-have list for Android tablet owners, made waves at this year’s Consumer Electronics Expo with the developers, Madfinger Games, revealing details about the multiplayer follow up, ShadowGun: DeadZone. “Each of us loves multiplayer games such as Battlefield or Modern Warfare 3, and we wanted to bring that same console gaming experience to mobile devices,“ said the Madfinger team, and believe me when I say if anyone has the ability to do so it’ll be these guys.

By focusing on mobile platforms – such as smartphones and tablets – MADFINGER Games is creating the most advanced handheld multiplayer game in the market, optimized for superb performance and offering the same quality expected from console gaming systems. With SHADOWGUN: DEADZONE, Madfinger is expanding the multiplayer entertainment potential of smartphones, iOS devices and tablets. SHADOWGUN: DEADZONE will support Android mobile devices powered by the NVIDIA Tegra mobile processor, and will be featured on NVIDIA‟s Tegra Zone app, where consumers can find optimized games for Tegra-powered super phones and tablets.

ShadowGun: DeadZone will be available in the next few months but you can get ShadowGun  in the Android Marketplace and iTunes store today.

It’s my 2nd PC and it would be wonderful if i could perform multiplayer games with each PCs.
One is fine, but this a single is really old. Can i install Medal of Honor Allied Assault (first on series) with reduced graphic configuration? If not maybe you can advise some multiplayer recreation that performs with such a system. Thank you.

My cousin and I like to play multiplayer games for iPhone or iPod but we get bored of the same games! Any ideas
We’ve already found super stick man golf and asphalt 6 and fruit ninja!
Mainly we play over the Internet because were usually not on the same wifi network when we play each other but either kind of multiplayer game if it’s fun will work

Since the sixaxis has the deadzone in the middle area of the analog stick, I’m guessing there should be better controllers out there……or is the sixaxis the best one out there????

Need help with trying to find the best balanced setting?
Ok I have lookspeed, acceleration. and deadzone each of these look like this

Ok there are 20 spaces on each of those lines but each click of those spaces is only worth 5 clicks each… What would be the best possible balanced way to set this setting

Are there games like a racing game or any game that you can play multiplayer on with one of the devices being an iPhone, and the other an Android. Don’t just say there are none because I know of one, words with friends, but I was trying to find more of a game that could do this. Thx in advance!
