Xbox Reveals April Games With Gold

Another month has come and with it some free titles to hack and slash your way through with some assassinations thrown into the mix. Here are the April Games With Gold for Xbox One & Xbox 360.

Starting off the month we have Ryse: Son of Rome, an immersive action-adventure story that takes place in medieval Rome. This third person hack and slash will have you fighting as Marius Titus to avenge your families death and save the Roman Empire. Ryse will be available from April 1st to the 30th on Xbox One.

For Honor Romans

Next on the Xbox One lineup, we have Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: Season 2 available from April 16th to May 15th. Follow the story of Clementine as she makes her way through the zombie apocalypse while you make choices that change the tale. PSA: emotions will run rampant through this daring journey.

Games with Gold April

On the Xbox 360 side of things and available via backwards compatibility on Xbox One we have Darksiders and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.

In Darksiders, take up the mantle of War, one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse as you seek out those responsible for the post-apocalyptic Earth that’s descended upon the planet. With a fighting style similar to God of War, brutality and carnage will ensue as you unleash your powers against angels and demons. Darksiders will be available from April 1st to the 15th.

Games With Gold April

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations has you enduring the final chapter in the Ezio Auditore chapter as you uncover the secrets of the master assassin. With the new hook weapon, mobility is fast as ever as you scale the rooftops of Constantinople, Cappadocia, and Masyaf. Assassin’s Creed will be available for Xbox Live Gold Members from April 16th to the 30th.
