Last Chance for January 2021’s Games with Gold!

We’ve made it through the first month of 2021, and the games continue to keep rolling in. There’s not much time left with these titles. So just in case you somehow forgot, let me remind you what is currently available to Xbox Live Gold members in January 2021’s Games with Gold. Let’s check it out!

January 2021’s Games with Gold Lineup

  • Little Nightmares (Xbox One – $19.99 Free): Jan. 1 to 31
  • Dead Rising (Xbox One – $19.99 Free): Available Jan. 16 to Feb. 15
  • The King of Fighters XIII (Xbox One/360 – $29.99 Free): Available Jan. 1 to 15
  • Breakdown (Xbox One/360 – $9.99 Free): Available Jan. 16 to 31

Light Nightmares

The first game we have up for Games with Gold on Xbox One is Little Nightmares. You play as Six, and your mission is to help your character survive The Maw. The Maw is a massive and mysterious underwater resort that is occupied by corrupted souls looking to make you their next snack. Find your inner childhood and use your imagination and escape the horrors within the vessel!

Dead Rising

The second game we have up is Dead Rising. Relive the original title in this remastered version that was released back in 2006. Take on the undead and survive the flesh eating mob in the Williamette shopping center. Play as photojournalist, Frank West, where you have 72 hours to fight off the zombie horde. With numerous weapons to use at your disposal, blast through and unravel the mystery behind the outbreak!

The King of Fighters XIII

The next title we have on the list for Xbox Live members is The King of Fighters XIII. Like fighting games? Jump in on this original arcade classic with an upgraded spin. Put your skills to the test as you defeat your opponent with a combination of moves and utilizing your Hyper Drive power gauge to finish them off. It ends here with the final chapter of the “Ash Saga.”

Breakdown

The last title to finish up January’s lineup is Breakdown. You are Derrick Cole in this first-person action-adventure, stuck in a strange lab and also unable to remember your past. Finding yourself with extraordinary powers, use them to fight your way out. Using a combination of hand-to-hand combat and various weapons, ride along on this intense journey to find out the truth about what happened!

Well, there you have it for Xbox Live Games with Gold lineup for January 2021. Not much time remains for these games, but you can still grab some of them before they’re no longer available to download. What are you currently playing? Sound off in the comments below, and we’ll see you for February 2021’s Games with Gold!
