Telltale Games‘ fantastic adaptation of DC Comics‘ FABLES series, The Wolf Among Us, is now mobile.
The iOS version of The Wolf Among Us – we loved the console and PC version, by the way – will be arriving in the App Store by the end of the day. Check out the trailer below that also gives us a look into the mindset of the developers:
Today’s release of The Wolf Among Us is of Episode 1 of the five-part episodic game, much like Telltale did with Back to the Future and The Walking Dead beforehand. The benefit of Telltale using their cartoonish, almost comic book-like graphics is that the game should look great on any platform, including smartphones. Episode 2, “Smoke and Mirrors,” currently doesn’t have a set release date, but if you’ve already played through the first episode, you’re no doubt chomping at the bit for a chance to continue the story.
Today’s episode, “Faith,” will cost you $4.99. The rest of the episodes can be bought via a $14.99 season pass.
