Apart from being a mouthful, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Special Edition is, as you guessed, a special edition collection for the players in Europe.
Uncharted fans have been looking forward to the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for some time, and now there is even more of a reason to be excited. Naughty Dog have given fans something to display their fandom, but haven’t gone down the typical ‘cheap mass-made statue’ route. Instead, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Special Edition includes:
“An epic 48-page The Art of Uncharted Trilogy artbook, which includes a hand-picked selection of concept art from Drake’s Fortune, Among Thieves and Drake’s Deception – something that all Uncharted fans will enjoy…The Special Edition also comes with an exquisitely designed steelbook and a handful of stickers.”
However, the best part is the actual games themselves. The collection includes all three single-player campaigns, remastered into 1080p and 60fps. For FPS hoarders like myself, this is a feature far more important and exciting than the extra collectable stuff.
Launching on October 7th in Europe, Australia and New Zealand and October 9th in the UK and Ireland, this collection is something to get excited for, even if you are not an Uncharted fan.
The Autumn release schedule gets more and more exciting by the day. Doesn’t it?
