In just under a week Bioware have managed to top, not one, but two different sales charts in the UK. Last week their MMO opus Star Wars: The Old Republic lead the first ever UK PC Download chart, while this week their titanic RPG Mass Effect 3 managed to bulldoze its way to the top of the UK retail sales chart. ME3 overtook previous leader SSX, which now lies in 2nd place.
Elsewhere, Street Fighter x Tekken entered at a solid 3rd, while The Sims 3: Showtime and Unit 13 managed to snag the 6th and 15th spots respectively. Both Uncharted: Golden Abyss and UFC Undisputed 3 dropped out of the top 10, eventually landing in a pile at positions 16 and 17.
