Tomb Raider: Underworld Coming to Mac on May 31!

Mac owners are going to be getting some Tomb Raider love at the end of the month as Feral Interactive has announced that Tomb Raider: Underworld is to be released for Mac on May 31.

Originally developed by Crystal Dynamics and Nixxes for Windows and published by Eidos Interactive, this new version of Underworld will be released for Mac under the Feral Legends label.

Tomb Raider: Underworld is a great addition to the Feral Legends label” said David Stephen, Managing Director of Feral Interactive. “We are delighted to see Lara getting a grip on the Mac.”

Underworld follows Lara on a quest to discover the link between the Norse Underworld and an unsolved mystery from her past. The game features thousand of motion captured animations as Lara climbs, jumps, shoots and swims through levels worldwide, including Thailand, Mexico and even deep beneath the Artic Sea. Players can also customize everything from Lara’s outfits to her loadout of equipment. And once she’s descended into the underworld, the powerful treasures of the Norse can grant her superhuman strength and the power to defeat the undead.

Tomb Raider: Underworld, first the first time under the Feral Legends label, will be available for Mac on May 31. Check out the brand new mini-site for more on this new version of the game.
