Funko, famous for their line if Pop! vinyl figures, announced earlier this year they had acquired some licenses for video games. One of the more surprising reveals was that of Horizon Zero Dawn from Sony. Of course, it made sense seeing how previous Sony titles such as God of War and Uncharted also received the Funko treatment.
While Horizon Zero Dawn will surely lead many Game of the Year lists, you too can show your love for the title by acquiring these adorable figures. Leading the charge is Aloy, the heroine archer of the game. Joining Aloy, there are Pop! figures of the Vanguard of the Oseram tribe Erend, and also one of an Eclipse Cultist!
You can’t have the Horizon Zero Dawn license without bringing along some of the mechanized dinosaurs of the game. As of right now, there is only a Watcher available alongside a special yellow glow version available only at Best Buy.
Time will tell if we will see any more Horizon Zero Dawn Pop! figures released. There is a lot of potential with the other machines, enemies, and allies that could become figures. Especially with the upcoming The Frozen Wilds expansion. Maybe we will see some Aloy variants based on different in-game costumes. Maybe, even other machines such as Stalkers or Longlegs. In addition to that, a 6-inch Thunderjaw is a perfect fit for this line of vinyls.
