This War of Mine Console Version Coming Early 2016

This War of Mine

This War of Mine will no longer be PC exclusive come early next year when current-gen consoles start bringing home just enough to survive.

After conquering PC and mobile spaces with depressing, thematic and brutal survival gameplay, Deep Silver has announced that console owners will now have a chance to feel the crushing atmosphere behind war. On top of the original game, the publisher is promising “incredible new content for consoles including missions, characters, a new perspective on wartime survival and more.” This War of Mine: Little Ones, as it will be known on consoles, comes to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29 for $29.99.

For those that haven’t caught the crushing wind of this title, survival simulators don’t take a much darker turn than is found here. You and your family must scrounge and live in the wake of a raging war but will never see the front; in This War of Mine, danger comes from the wasteland mentality and fellow survivors willing to go as far as you for their selves or family. As what is probably creator 11 Bit Studios’ most critical success, financial success has followed as word has brought the game well above even since the second day it was in the world.

Check out the trailer for The War of Mine: Little Ones below and curl up to a fire while you still can.
