WTF moments in a video game are just that. Those moments that make you say WTF aloud and that have your jaw on the ground.
We start out with PsX’s RPG from 2000, Chrono Cross, where the hero Serge becomes the villain Lynx and the other way around. If this game wasn’t confusing already, this just added more to the pot.
Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic had me screaming once I found out that the character that I have been playing as is the one and only Reavn, who was the Sith Lord who was caught at the start of the game.
[spoiler intro=” The most recent WTF moment comes from Dragon Age 2 and since it is a newly released game, I’m marking it as a spoiler, so read at your own risk.” title=”Dragon Age 2 WTF moment”] Hawke finds out that someone has taken her mother and it is the same person that was killing innocent women in a previous mission. As you find a trail of blood you can sense how upset Hawke is and she is determined to save her mother. Once at the location, the man responsible has been taken body parts of women in order to recreate his dead wife. Hawke’s mother just happened to have her face. [/spoiler]
