SteelSeries is Bringing the Customization with Flux

Creating your own hero in a video game is always a great experience. You get to make the hero in your own image or just go nuts with it. SteelSeries is giving everyone a chance to do just that, customize! Instead of customizing a hero, you will be able to create your own gaming headset.

Introducing the SteelSeries Flux Configurator. Base price is set at $99 and the price will go from there depending on what you crave for your headset. The frame is collapsible for easy storage and comes in either black or white. Next up are the side plates. You can choose to have none at all or pick from green, white, black, red, blue and WTF. There are solid colors and those with a funky pattern. The SNDBlock sound isolating ear cushions deliver a crisp sound to your ears and are powered by 40MM driver units. You can choose several colors in a mesh cloth or go the leather route. The mesh cloth is breathable while the leather offers noise reduction. The cord is interchangeable that feature an in-line mic and mute controls. Don’t like your cord on the right side, you can switch it to the left and vice versa.

You’ll be able to use the Flux Configurator with your PC, MAC, iPhone and other portable devices. Check it out now and start creating your own headset by visiting SteelSeries‘ website, here.
