SteelSeries and Valve Team Up for Dota 2 Special Edition Gear

SteelSeries, the worldwide gaming peripheral leader has teamed up with Valve to release some exclusive gear for the game Dota 2. Valve, is the developer of Dota 2 which is a top down perspective real-time strategy role playing game, which was featured in The International Tournament. Together, SteelSeries and Valve are releasing a Special Edition Dota 2 Siberia v2 Illuminated Gaming Headset, as well as two new SteelSeries QcK+ mouse pads that will feature artwork of characters comprised of the Tiny and Vengeful Spirit Editions. These mouse pads will made of a high quality cloth material and a texture that ensures the players smoothness and easy gliding with a non-slip rubber base that will hold that mouse pad in its place.

The Siberia v2 Dota 2 Edition Gaming Headset will also include an exclusive in-game item which is Scythe of Vyse for Nature’s Prophet. Along with the customizable audio experience, Dota 2 fans and players are sure to want to collect. The Siberia v2 Dota 2 Edition will be lightweight, over the head suspended design with the ability to modify your hearing experience with an easy to configure software suite, and feature red LED illumination on the outside of each headphone which can be customized for each user and user profiles via SteelSeries Engine.

The SteelSeries v2 Illuminated Gaming Headset Dota 2 Special Edition is retailed at $119.99 and the SteelSeries QcK+ Dota 2 Edition Mousepads at $19.99. Fans and players attending The International 3 in Seattle, Washing ton will be first in line to purchase these special edition SteelSeries Siberia v2 Dota 2 Edition products. Consumers not attending The International 3 can find the product later this summer through the SteelSeries Web Shop and other retail partners.
