Nintendo is going to stream a special animated short before the release of Star Fox Zero this week. The game comes out April 22nd and is highly anticipated by Nintendo fans due to the franchise having a long hiatus.
Nintendo will be having a special online event over on its live-streaming website beginning at 3PM Pacific on April 20th.
The animation is called Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins and is made in collaboration with Shigeru Miyamoto, Production I.G. (Ghost in the Shell, Blood: The Last Vampire, Attack on Titan), and Wit Studio (Attack on Titan, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, The Empire of Corpses).
A small teaser has been released below. After the animation is shown, a special broadcast from the Nintendo Treehouse Team will talk about the game’s launch as well as the tower defense title, Star Fox Guard, which comes with retail copies of Zero.
