Many Sony PS3 owners like myself, received an email from Sony telling me the following;
“We are writing to provide you with notice of changes to the SCEA Terms of Service and User Agreement, which will be effective starting June 29, 2010.”
The only problem with this is that it was sent Thursday July 15 2010. A good two weeks after they were to go into effect. This seems a little shiest, as Playstation Plus and other changes were launched at the same time.
While most gamers aren’t really concerned with something like this, the fact that they decided to give consumers the facts of what they agree to beforehand (and it’s not like a lot of people read it anyway).
This was below the information above, for those that don’t agree with the terms of service. It’s kind of like bullying gamers if they don’t want to play nice with Sony and their rules.

Of course no reason was given by Sony for this slow-course of action informing the public of the changes but we’re sure it’ll be interesting one none the less.
