King Arthur II: Dead Legions, which, if you can’t already surmise from the title, is a sequel to a series following King Arthur as he tries to get Britannia’s shit together.
Developer Neocore Games and publisher Paradox Interactive are now offering a pre-order deal that allows you to play King Arthur II‘s prologue as a bonus. The game’s $39.99 and set to be released this month.
Here’s a little trailer to get you a bit hot and riled about this game. I’ve never played the original King Arthur, but the history and this trailer makes the sequel look like it’s going to be pretty neat:
Still, I feel like paying $39.99 to play what should essentially be a free demo seems a little bit counter-intuitive. Why not offer the demo for free as sort of a quality sampler for those who aren’t sure whether or not they’d want to buy the game? Oh well.
