For all of the PlayStation 3 gamers, having the severs back up and running is something we couldn’t be happier about. But, the PlayStation Store, however, is still down. The online marketplace has been delayed in the launching, to ensure that the data is all secure from those pesky hackers that caused this whole mess. Not to worry though, PlayStation plans to bring the store back up by May 31st, 2011, although a memo has to developers claims that they are looking to bring the store back up on May 24th, 2011. That’s good news for gamers who have missed out on downloadable content for the newest games such as L.A. Noire, Honest Hearts, or the content for Fallout: Las Vegas. PlayStation hopes to make this content available as soon as possible.
With this launch of the store, users will also be entitled to download some “Welcome Back” games, free. Who doesn’t love free games! Let’s hope that the PlayStation store comes up with no problems in the next weekish, and that there are no more problems. Look for all of the content to be hopefully caught up to date by June 3rd, 2011.
