Amie Lynn is One of Our Favorite Cosplayers, See Why in This Interview

One of the coolest moments for us last year at PAX Prime was getting to interview Amie Lynn. Most of you probably know her as a YouTube personality or cosplayer, we know her as a die-hard video game fanatic.

We got to talk with Amie about a new project that she was working on call Comic Conquest, a game in the works about cosplayers who become the heroes they dress as. You can check out the official website for that here.

At PAX however, Amie Lynn was dressed as an Aurin from the new MMORPG, Wildstar, a title that looks to have some interesting innovations for a genre that’s seen a bit of stagnation in recent years.

That’s all well and good, but you’re here for Amie Lynn and what she had to say at what was apparently her first PAX Prime ever… we were gentle. She’s been cosplaying for 6 years, and her passion for the art shines through in the details and ingenuity of her costumes.

She gets brownie points for being as enthralled with Dying Light as we were.

Thanks again to Amie Lynn for speaking with us at this year’s expo. Getting to meet enthusiasts within this culture is really the best part of this job, and it’s what expos like PAX are all about. Find Amie on twitter, @misshabit.
