October Xbox Live Free Games With Gold

Games With Gold

Xbox has revealed the line-up of their Games with Gold program for the month of October. You can scratch out now that alleged leak that appeared a few days ago, which put Devil May Cry and Shadow of Mordor as flagships of the new month. We may not be getting those sweet two but we are certainly getting other alternatives instead.

Xbox One users can enjoy Gone Home (from October 1st to October 31st) and The Turing Test (from October 16th to November 15th). Gone Home is a haunting, interactive adventure where you have to discover the mystery behind your family’s house emptiness. The Turing Test is a first-person puzzler set on Jupiter’s moon and its mystery revolves around the disappearance of the ground crew stationed there. Both games scored decent reviews and remain great achievements of the indie genre.

On the other hand, Xbox 360 users can enjoy Rayman 3 HD (from October 1st to October 15th) and Medal of Honor Airborne (from October 16th to October 31st). The first is Ubisoft’s high-definition remaster of 2003’s Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc while the second is the paratrooper take to EA’s famous and long-lasting Medal of Honor series.

Thanks to Microsoft’s ongoing backward compatibility program, you can also play these two on your Xbox One, therefore doubling your list of games for your monthly subscription.

Have you played any of these games, Fanatics? What other titles are you planning to play in October? Let us know in the comment section down below!
