I Am the Night Mode Revealed for Batman: Arkham Origins

Yes you are, Mr. Wayne. Yes you are. A new mode for Batman: Arkham Origins has been announced: I Am The Night. This difficulty mode will unlock after the player completes New Game+. What’s different this time around is that you only get one life, and can’t save. So it’s essentially Hardcore mode. The current estimates for the game length are around twelve hours, so either that’s a long marathon, or leaving the console on. Although, given that it would be at least your third time through the game, you’d probably be good at it by that point. Personally, I play on PC which I leave on all the time anyways.

Details on the Initiation DLC were also announced. Bruce will have to defeat Kirigi, the ninja who taught him and Ra’s al Ghul. This will be the first level that uses a setting outside of Gotham. Interesting development, accolades to Warner Brothers for evolving and adding to the series. Stay with us as we draw closer and closer to the release of Batman: Arkham Origins next month.

Remember, I AM THE NIGHT!
