New Injustice: Gods Among Us Trailer Shows Off Deathstroke

The Teen Titans and Green Arrow villain Deathstroke will be a part of Netherrealm‘s upcoming fighting game.Let it never be said Slade Wilson doesn’t have style. In the latest character reveal for DC Comics and Netherrealm StudiosInjustice: Gods Among Us, Deathstroke shows off his combat prowess. It looks like he’s learned a couple of new things since being a part of Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe… and that super move looks painful.

For those unfamiliar with Deathstroke (who recently appeared in the CW program Arrow), he has enhanced speed, strength and reflexes, works as a mercenary for hire, is a tactical genius that can use 90% of his brain capacity, and even though he’s primarily known as a Teen Titans villain thanks to the animated series, once took down an entire group of Justice League members without breaking a sweat.

So far, this brings the number of confirmed characters to 13, including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Nightwing, Cyborg, Catwoman, Flash, Harley Quinn, the Joker, and Solomon Grundy. Netherrealm is promising a character roster of at least 20 when Injustice: Gods Among Us hits Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U in April 2013.
