It seems the engineers over at MSI have created a wonderful tool that will help you remove the dust out of your case and off of your video card. The tool works like this. Graphics Cards fans spin clockwise which sucks in air over the entire card cooling it. The software that MSI developed makes the fan’s spin counter clockwise blowing air away from the card, which also makes a small suction force to help remove any super tough dust bunnies that might be stuck to the card and on the PCB inside of the fans.
