Everyone with an EA Access or Origin Access subscription will be able to play 10 hours of Mass Effect: Andromeda on March 16th.
Venturing into the world of Mass Effect: Andromeda may be even closer than you think. If you happen to have an Access subscription, that is. EA announced recently that they are launching a 10-hour trial five days before release for all EA Access (Xbox One) and Origin Access (Windows PC) subscribers. This means that Andromeda will open its gates, albeit for a short duration of time, on March 16th. This also means that PlayStation 4 owners will not enjoy that chance.
If the next Mass Effect follows the trajectory of its predecessors, 10 hours of gameplay could certainly bring you to some juicy parts already. This trial will save your progress and carry it over once you purchase the game so you won’t lose any steps of your journey.
Mass Effect: Andromeda Adds to the Vault
On their official announcement, EA also comments on their Vault expanding to 40 games over the next three months. As you may know, The Vault is an extra service open to players that purchase an EA/Origin Access subscription. It allows you to access a relatively big pool of games and also get you in some interesting trials as well as discounts on Origin titles.
EA recently added Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3 to that pool. The next titles we can expect to find on their list are: Dead Space: Ignition, Madden NFL 17, Skate 3, and Zuma’s Revenge.
