Mad Catz T.E.3 Fight Stick Overview | CES 2023

We saw a ton of gaming peripherals during CES 2023 but Mad Catz definitely stole the show. Their suite was packed to the brim with controllers, keyboards, mice, and other related items but their new fight stick is why we really had to stop by. The T.E.3 (Tournament Edition 3) fight stick is the next iteration in their line of controllers for those fighting game enthusiasts.

The T.E.3 is ready for anyone to jump straight into a tournament. It is equipped with a key lock that disables the pause button in compliance with tournament rules. There are additional programmable buttons to customize your controller to your liking. For those of you that are really into customization, the T.E.3 is equipped with snap-in Sanwa buttons and internal storage where you can keep all of your modding tools. The T.E.3 is also a multiplatform controller. All you have to do is plug your controller of choice into the fight stick and you are good to go. For those that are worried about latency, don’t. I was assured that latency would not be an issue here. Also, who really wants to spend money on controllers for multiple platforms?

The face plate of the T.E.3 can be removed and the art can be replaced and customized to your liking. Mad Catz is doing something special with their new controller. They have partnered with artist Klev to provide some amazing backgrounds for the controller. There are some original art pieces along with some characters that many of you may be fans of. If you are interested in seeing more of his art, check out his Twitter. Also, consider supporting him on Patreon. He really has some dope art.

If you want to get your hands on the mad Catz T.E.3 fight stick, you can head over to their site and find a list of retailers.
